Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility:
-Must be an Oakland County resident.
-Child must turn 3 years old by September 1st of the current school year.
-Birth certificate and current proof of income is required, priority is given to low-income families.
-Families with special needs or foster children are encouraged to apply.
